How do I get the 7-day Free Trial?
Simply sign up. Your account will automatically be in Trial mode for 7-days.
Can I extend my 7-day Free Trial?
No, unfortunately it's not possible to extend the Free Trial.
How long are your contracts?
Unless you sign up for one of our annual plans, both Standard and Professional account plans are month to month. The Free plan has no limited duration.
What's the difference between the 3 plans?
Our plans are built to meet different customers' needs. Each plan has core functionalities plus a number of distinctive features.
Why do I have to pay for some plans?
The premium plans are specifically designed for the enterprise users that need advanced features such as H.323 interoperability, FullHD or encryption. We automatically provide all Free accounts with a free 7-day trial of the Professional plan in order to test all premium features and understand if they are needed. If these premium features don't matter to you, then you can easily stay with the Free plan - no questions asked!
Is the "Free" plan really free?
Yes. We provide free access to our service, including a 7 day trial of the professional plan, in order to give everyone the possibility to try the ClearSea user experience.
Is there a discount for yearly service?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount on up-front annual commitments (and a 20% discount for two year commitments). There are no refunds on service contracts.
How do I purchase a premium plan?
You always start with a Free plan. Once you decide to upgrade your plan simply go to the pricing page and select the premium plan that fits your needs.
Which payment types are available?
The following payment types are available:
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB)
- Bank/Wire Transfer
- PayPal - only for 12 and 24 months packages
- Check

What happens when I purchase a premium plan?
You will receive a confirmation email from us. Please note that your account will be active from the beginning with all the features associated to the premium plan you purchased. You won't receive any additional license key. You can continue using your account as you were used to do before the purchase.
How do I know which plan I have?
You can check your details in your account page. You will see which plan you have as well as your purchase history.
Can I upgrade/downgrade my monthly subscription?
Unfortunately we do not currently offer upgrade or downgrade for monthly subscriptions.
If you want to change your monthly subscription from Standard to Professional or from Professional to Standard you will have to cancel your current subscription and purchase a new one.
How do I cancel a monthly subscription?
If you wish, you can cancel your subscription by going to My Account page and follow the instructions under My details section.
There is no refund for subscription cancellation.
How do I delete my account?
You can cancel your account in a click and no further questions will be asked. You need to log in and click on the link "delete your account" at the bottom of the My account page.
Can I install a LifeSize ClearSea server inside my organization?
Yes. The service offered on this website is a fully hosted and managed service, but if you want to put a LifeSize ClearSea server inside your organization and manage it autonomously you can purchase it from LifeSize.
